Pelvic work undertaken in a safe, open environment can facilitate a greater willingness to claim the creative power residing there. Retreat content is guided by the ongoing investigation of meeting oneself with "Impeccable Regard" in relation to the sacrum and pelvis. We work with what is alive in us from first order experience exploring how deep play; creative expression and "impeccable regard" contribute to receiving spontaneous healing and a state of well being within the context of Continuum Movement. Slowing down, connecting with the land and water and with continuum movement, recalibrate us in ways that we don't often experience in a group. The art offering will be painting with fluid acrylics on canvas pad using living water, blindfolded. We will share the responsibility of the food by signing up to bring a salad or a soup or main course to share.

*Limited to 8 Female Participants Previous CM experience required
