Working one on one offers the opportunity for clients to work on some specific problem or situation that is occurring in their lives. Through tracking sensation in the present moment, listening and dialog we will find our way to deeply meet. Perhaps you are dealing with a creative blockage; a disconnect from higher self; loss or grief; habitual patterning; chronic pain; fatigue; pain you cannot identify; a long illness; or maybe you know something is wrong but you can't figure out what "it" is. Working individually creates a space where anything can be held and worked with. Through movement, breath, sounding, sometimes talking, we create a time and space for the body to respond. Our movement happens as we go with what unfolds.
 
    
   

Cost: $75 for one hour and 15 minutes; $90 for 90 minutes ; $175 for a double session * helpful for those driving long distances for an appointment

   
   

Beginning immediately out of town privates will have a $5 fuel surcharge
