Normal life produces wear and tear to our spiritual and physical bodies. With breath, sound and open attention we slow down the pace of our lives, creating a sense of spaciousness, bringing with it openness and creative opportunity.

Here we hold the context for the individual to follow their process in a community held process, in exchange with the larger field of awareness.

Awaken in silence to the supportive environment of our movement studio alive with altars tending the umbilical cord to spirit, knowing a part of us beneath instinct and intuition experiences reality in ways different from the way the conscious self perceived the world. Our psyche reads symbols and is symbol literate and symbol sensitive. We ask this layer of ourselves to show us what we have cast into shadow and then place the shadow in our hearts, so it can be worked.

Leaving words and talking behind we dwell in silence dissolving into the mystery. With the coming of darkness on the first night we begin our silence, leaving words behind and opening the great gift of belonging to ourselves and the beautiful natural surrounds of Jacobs’Well and Cypress Creek. Participants may sleep in the room and awaken to the gentle sounding. We will have continuum sessions where we practice and learn how to use the work to support us as we fins a comfortable pace to move; be in nature; have our meals; create and sleep. Participants may choose to sleep in the room and awaken to gentle counding. Beverly Bajema and a helper will coordinate the menus and help select items each participant will bring.

Times: Friday noon through Sunday 4 PM. *We will share the responsibility of the food by signing up to bring a salad or a soup or main course to share. Beverly Bajema will coordinate the menus and help select items each participant will bring.
